My name is Angela Wagner, and I am an entrepreneur, yoga teacher, wellness coach, wife and mother of two. I have a thriving yoga business, an incredible family, and supportive friends.  But, I haven’t always felt blessed and happy.  Before I got involved in yoga and coaching, I felt lost and not very excited about my life.  I decided that I didn’t want to go through each day feeling like it was merely good enough.  So, for the past fifteen years, my focus has been on learning how to create happiness and joy in the everyday, and I get lit up by sharing that knowledge with others.

Spark Online is made up of three major components over the course of five weeks.

Mindful Movement – Unplug from your distractions (ie: cell phone, tablet, computer) and move purposefully and with intention.  We all know we should unplug but how often do we really do it? This weekly component will ask you to put down your devices for a short time and focus on who and what is important in your life. By the end of the program, our previous participants have actually been excited to ditch their devices during family dinner, lunch with their girlfriends, and their son’s soccer game.

Stress Less – Each week you will receive a new tool that will help you chill out.  You will walk away with tangible ways to manage stress in your daily life whether you are on a crazy work deadline, vacationing with your in-laws or simply feeling anxious on any given day.

Inspired Actions – Inspired actions are the heart and soul of this program. Ranging from setting goals to tracking your time to cleaning out your pantry, each week you will complete activities that will help you gain clarity, passion, and inspiration.

Weekly Themes

Week 1

Get Clear – What we think is happening in our lives is often very different than reality.  Many times, we are so busy that we don’t take the time to pay attention, to feel, and to listen. This week is about doing the work to see what is actually happening in your life.  And we insist that you do this with no judgment. Week 2

Get Crystal Clear – In Week 2, you will continue the process of digging deep to see how you are spending your time, what you are putting in your body, how you are thinking, etc., and you will begin the exciting process of creating a vision for what you do want in your life.

Week 3

Fresh Start – This week you will put your intentions into action.  You will mentally and physically clear out clutter that has been holding you back. You will begin to think, and act, from a place of purpose and joy.

Week 4

Committed Action – This week you will make a huge commitment to yourself and your new way of living. You will identify and let go of your excuses and live from a more positive place.

Week 5

Celebrate New Beginnings – Pop out the champagne and welcome yourself to your new, improved life! In this final week of the program, you will reflect on the work you have done and create a plan of action to keep you motivated and inspired beyond the program.

Catherine Carr, Certified Professional Organizer

At the tender age of 10, Catherine asked for filing cabinets to store her Archie comic books. Alphabetically. Catherine has been organizing ever since. Catherine decided to make her part-time hobby a full-time profession in 2006. And so, her company All In A Row was born. Dr. Erik Gnagy, PhD

Erik Gnagy is a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at the University of Texas at Austin, a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA). He received a PhD in Behavior Health and helps clients develop strengths and habits for optimizing health and performance. Dr. Gnagy is one of a very exclusive group of PGA Professionals who concurrently holds a PhD, allowing him to combine evidence-based theory with practical, applied performance strategies. Renee Adams – Meditation and Yoga Instructor

Renee Adams started studying and practicing mindfulness and meditation beginning in 2007. She learned the mental practices of meditation, concentration and visualization through taking and teaching the “Mastery of Consciousness” course offered by the School of Metaphysics – Dallas branch. She has also taught various meditation and concentration workshops at YogaSport Dallas since 2012. She is very passionate about aiding and inspiring others. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through YogaSport in 2015 and is now teaching yoga at her home studio. She is also The Director of Loyalty Marketing at LaQuinta Inns and Suites in Dallas, TX.
